Digital Goods Policy

Due to the digital nature of analyzed reports and credit-based synthesis, all sales are final once a credit has been consumed.

We do not offer refunds for credits that have already been used to generate analysis or reports. If you have purchased a bundle and have **unconsumed** credits, you may request a partial refund for the remaining balance within **24 hours** of purchase.

After 24 hours or the consumption of any credits, the transaction is considered non-refundable. We encourage our customers to use the free chart generation features before purchasing analysis bundles to ensure the service meets their expectations.
