AstroEngine is run by Wagle Universal Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Ward 3, Imadol, Lalitpur, Nepal (“we”). This page says what we collect when you buy a reading, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

  • Your birth details: date, time (or that you do not know it), and place of birth with its coordinates. We need them to cast your chart.
  • Your email address: to send you your reading.
  • Your agreement to the one-time payment and no-refund terms, with the time you gave it.
  • Payment references from our payment provider: a payment number, the amount, and the name and email given at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
  • How the site is used: pages visited and similar measurements, through Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
  • Newsletter: your email, only if you sign up for it.

If you live in the EU or UK: a birth chart can be read as touching on religious or philosophical belief. We use your birth details only to make the reading you asked for.

Who else sees it

  • Dodo Payments takes your payment as our merchant of record.
  • Supabase stores your order and your finished reading.
  • OpenAI receives your chart’s findings, drawn from your birth details, to write your reading in plain English. It does not receive your email or your payment details.
  • Our email provider delivers your reading.
  • Google and Vercel measure how the site is used.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measures which of our ads lead to a purchase. It sees the pages you visit here and, when you buy, the purchase with your email address in hashed form (scrambled, so Meta can match it but not read it), your IP address and your browser. It never receives your birth details. In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Meta and Google Analytics only identify you if you press Accept on the cookie notice; if you decline, nothing about you is sent to Meta, even when you buy.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your birth details for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your order and your reading so we can send it again if you lose it. Write to support@wagleus.com from the email you ordered with and we will delete them. We keep payment records as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@wagleus.com.
